Dessert Wine

Any sweet wine used to accompany dessert, or for dessert; such as Late Harvest wines, many from grapes infected with Botrytis cinerea, and those made from raisined grapes. Also refers to sweet fortified wines, which have more that 14% but not more than 24% alcohol fortified by addition of grape brandy or neutral grape spirits.
