A closed wine is a young wine that hasn’t reach its full potential. It is does not have a lot of flavor, color, aroma, and body. It is too underdeveloped for an enjoyable drink. In order to bring out their aroma, bouquet, and flavor, it needs to undergo the aging process to become a fine wine.
